Fremont Firefighters and Business for Good Government PAC Endorse Anu Natarajan for Fremont City Council
Fremont, CA - The Fremont Firefighters, IAFF Local 1689 and Business for Good Government, an affiliated Political Action Committee of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, have endorsed Anu Natarajan for Fremont City Council. The endorsements are indicative of a wide array of support behind Anu Natarajan's bid for re-election. Read the complete Press Release.

"Anu has a distinguished record of service on the Fremont City Council where she has exceptionally demonstrated her commitment to safe neighborhoods and public safety in Fremont. She has the vision and the experience to lead our city, and we hope to continue working with Councilmember Anu Natarajan when she is re-elected in November," added Martin.

Anu Natarajan is running for re-election to the Fremont City Council. During Anu's tenure on the city council, Fremont has become a regional hub for green technology and has received millions of dollars for major infrastructure projects, including the BART extension to Warm Springs. She has been an independent voice on the council and has worked extensively with the community to shape Fremont's vision for the next 20 years-- to create long-term economic growth and make Fremont a thriving community of retail, restaurants, parks, and schools. Anu will continue to use her vision and know-how to make Fremont the best place in the Bay Area to live, work, and play.
Anu has been endorsed by numerous elected officials including Assemblymember Alberto Torrico, Fmr. Assemblymember John Dutra, Fremont Mayor Bob Wasserman, Fremont Vice-Mayor Bob Wieckowski, and Fremont Unified School District Board Trustee Lara York.
Anu Natarajan is running for re-election to the Fremont City Council. The election will be held on November 2, 2010.
