Election 2010: BGG sticks with Natarajan and Harrison for City Council
Business for Good Government, the Political Action Committee of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, has placed its confidence in incumbents Anu Natarajan and Bill Harrison for Fremont City Council. With a field of ten candidates, this is a highly contested race, and most candidates expressed their desire for a vibrant and thriving community, attracting well-paid jobs, responsive to business and community needs, and able to provide expanded amenities to its residents and workers. November elections taking shape in Tri-City area

Races are starting to take shape in the Tri-City area with less than a week remaining for candidates to file for a slew of elections Nov. 2.
Voters will be casting ballots for city council races in Fremont and Union City, school board races in Fremont, Newark and Union City, the Ohlone College board of trustees and several special districts including the Alameda County Water District, AC Transit, BART and Washington Hospital. Fremont Councilwoman Natarajan Launches Re-election Bid

Fremont City Councilwoman Anu Natarajan launched her bid for re-election here July 18, pledging to make this city a focal point for the emerging green technology industry.
More than 70 people gathered at the home of Dharam and Vijay Salwan for the launch, which coincided with Natarajan’s birthday. Several local leaders, including Fremont Mayor Bob Wasserman, Vice Mayor Bob Wieckowski and city councilman Bill Harrison, paid tribute to Natarajan’s leadership and hinted at a mayoral race in her future.
